Welcome inside.
When you enter La Porta Fiorentina, you step into a bright and airy apartment where the kitchen defines the space. Clean lines, natural materials, and a calm palette carry through the rooms. Fully equipped and practical, the kitchen includes a dining table for four to five people and is designed for everyday living.
Master bedroom.
From the kitchen, the apartment opens in two directions. On one side is the master bedroom, designed with continuity in mind. Warm wooden elements, a comfortable double bed with premium bedding, bedside tables, and reading lights create a balanced and functional space. A custom-built open wardrobe offers generous storage without visual clutter.
The living room.
Opposite the bedroom, sliding double doors lead into the living room. The space combines original architectural details with modern furnishings in a calm, composed layout. A high-quality sofa bed provides additional sleeping space, while a small desk, television, and large cabinet make the room suitable for both short and longer stays.

The garden, property and surrounding area is full of interesting things to do. From the entry of the Villa, you'll find coffee tables and chairs under the old and beautiful magnolia tree. Here you will find shadow on the warmest days, while still being able to enjoy the view. In the garden you will find a football net and some balls, and with the back entrance of the house in near proximity (which leads straight to the kitchen), it’s easy to run inside and get cold beverages. You’ll also find some badminton rackets and birdies, as well as a small playhouse for the youngest. If you prefer doing less, enjoy the terrace with the 180º view over the luscious nearby area, seeing as far as Arezzo if you look far enough. Or so they say! The terrace is perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning, or to enjoy late evenings in good company. A sofa nook with a coffee table is ready for you, as well as two sun beds and a dining table. The Villa Antica property spans 70 hectares of land. Go for a stroll in the olive groves, walk around the property and view the spectacular old architecture from a different perspective.

La Porta Fiorentina is set within one of Pontassieve’s historic town gates, part of a pair of towers that once marked the main routes through the old centre. Today, the surrounding streets are home to small local businesses, cafés, and workshops, offering a glimpse into everyday Tuscan life.
