
Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once a deposit of 25% of the booking fee has been received and processed. The guest will receive a payment confirmation email upon receipt. At the time of check-in, the guest must be 21 years of age or older.
Nordic Living Toscana (the host) may cancel a confirmed booking within 48 hours of the online reservation in the case of double bookings or other issues. In such cases, the full deposit will be refunded. After 48 hours, the host may only cancel a confirmed booking in the unlikely event that the guest fails to meet the Terms & Conditions. In these rare cases, the deposit will not be refunded.
2. Payment Terms
The remaining balance must be paid prior to check-in, either via the payment link sent to the guest after the booking is confirmed, or in cash directly to the host upon arrival. A mandatory tourist tax must be paid at check-in. As of 2025, the rates are:

1.50€ per person, per night from March to October

0.75€ per person, per night from November to February

Children under 16 are exempt
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations requested by the guest:

Within 48 hours of booking: Full deposit refunded

More than 8 weeks before check-in: 25% of the deposit refunded

Less than 8 weeks before check-in: No refund
No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.
4. Amendments
Changes to your booking (dates, guest count, additional services) may be accommodated if requested at least 7 days prior to arrival, subject to availability. Price differences may apply.
5. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: From 15:00 (3 PM) on the day of arrival.
Check-out: By 10:300 (11 AM) on the day of departure.
Late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability and additional charges.
6. House Rules
While each property may have its own additional house rules, the following apply to all stays:

No pets allowed (unless agreed in advance)

Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight on the property
Please note that house rules may vary slightly between properties. Be sure to check the Practical Information section of the specific listing for any additional details.
7. Damage & Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or furnishings during their stay. All damange must be reported to the host immediately.
8. Additional Services
Additional services such as grocery shopping, the Full Experience, wine tasting, or cocktail creation workshops are available by request and subject to availability. All services must be booked and paid for in advance, and require a confirmed booking with Nordic Living Toscana.
Scheduled services will be coordinated in detail prior to arrival. Guest-requested changes may be accommodated if logistics allow, and additional fees may apply.
Please note that cancellations or no-shows for scheduled services are non-refundable.
9. Force Majeure
Nordic Living Toscana is not liable for cancellations or disruptions due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government travel restrictions.
