Entering the villa, you’re greeted by natural light and a bright, open feel. The entrance leads directly into the living area, where a spacious sofa, TV, and dining table create a comfortable setting for meals, conversation, and time together.

From the living area, you enter the Tuscan-inspired, fully equipped kitchen. It’s a welcoming space for preparing simple meals or leisurely lunches, with direct access to the private terrace, where a dining table and wood-fired barbecue invite relaxed outdoor cooking and dining.

The bedrooms
The bright and spacious master bedroom features a kingsize bed, ample wardrobes, and an original stone fireplace that adds warmth and a cosy, welcoming atmosphere.
The second bedroom includes two single beds, a wardrobe, and a peaceful view of the pool area.

Bathroom
The villa has one shared bathroom, equipped with a shower, vanity, and toilet, and stocked with fresh towels for your stay. Pool towels are also provided, making it easy to move seamlessly between indoor comfort and relaxing hours by the water.

The Property
The property is fully fenced for comfort and privacy, with private parking available on-site. The surrounding landscape offers countless walking paths and a true Tuscan backdrop, all of which can also be enjoyed by bike. The main building houses the reception, on-site staff, and the breakfast and restaurant areas.
Your Private Terrace
Stepping out from the kitchen, you enter your private terrace with its new dining area (not depicted) – an inviting spot for sunny breakfasts or unhurried evenings filled with the aroma of dinner on the grill.
The Pool area
Villa Dependance sits just across from the pool area, where you can enjoy a refreshing morning swim, cool off in the afternoon, or unwind with a good book on the sunbeds – either in the sun or in the shade of the parasols.
Under the Loggia
Breakfast is served under the loggia in the main building when the weather is pleasant, and indoors in the restaurant area when temperatures are less comfortable. The same space also offers lunch and dinner on request, perfect for days when you prefer to stay at home.
The Outside
Set within a small estate with a main house and another private villa, the Dependance is surrounded by open views and peaceful nature. Guests can unwind by the large pool, or enjoy the private terrace with its wood-fired barbecue and dining area – ideal for relaxed al fresco meals and long, quiet evenings.

For younger children, Nordic Living Toscana provide a cot bed with linen and a changing mat. Let us know before check-in, and the bed will be made up and ready for your arrival.

The villa provides free Wi-Fi and a smart TV with pre-installed apps. On arrival, guests are welcomed with a complimentary starter kit including coffee, hand and dishwasher soap, and fresh fruit — ensuring a smooth start to your stay.

Staff are on-site during the day, and guests can discover the area on electric bicycles offered as an additional service. Local restaurants, markets, and vineyards are nearby, and the host can prepare lunch or dinner on request in the homey dining area of the main building.
