From the living room, double doors open onto the garden, terrace, and pool area. The view extends across the valley, with rows of Chianti vineyards creating a stunning backdrop.

The terrace is perfect for breakfast in the open air, soaking up the midday sun from a lounger, or lingering over long, cosy conversations during al fresco dinners in the evening. From here, the garden opens out onto a stretch of lawn, inviting you to enjoy outdoor activities or simply relax in nature.

The Pool area

Just a few steps from the terrace lies the exclusive pool area, open from morning until evening. Measuring 12 × 5 metres with a max depth of 1.8 m, it is framed by sun beds and side tables — perfect for a book or a glass of chilled wine. An outdoor shower with warm water offers added comfort whenever needed.
